In the event you are unsatisfied with your product received from100Brochures.com, LLC, please contact our Customer Service department.  In no event will 100Brochures.com, LLC be responsible for a customer error, including but not limited to a customer error in ordering a product, duplicate orders, slight color variations, and/or a customer’s misunderstanding of the delivery time guarantee.  

While we strive to meet all of our time guarantees, there may be events that occur that are out of our control, including but not limited to shipping delays and equipment failure, that may unexpectedly delay the delivery of orders placed with 100Brochures.com, LLC and100Brochures.com accepts no responsibility for delays out of our direct control.  Customers will be notified of any delay in the delivery date of which 100Brochures.com, LLC is aware and 100Brochures.com, LLC will use its best efforts to assist customers in receiving delayed orders as soon as possible.
